either as dolphins

neither one will move
until the other blinks first

collision,
falling;

hugging,
enthralling;

recalling,
crawling;

conclusion,
calling;

how could one heart be allowed
to emit such Destruction all around?
so much of Its risk, required to ensure love is "in-fact"

just as a shadow must validate the light's authenticity, so too must the emptiness present its risks to justify the whims and override the doubt of chasing after the possible "complete"

without Its threat, the flipside could not exist.

may i reveal to you my inner being?
i promise you may defile the contents;
rip apart and analyze every bit
to the full extent of your heart's content

should you find something displeasing
please, don't allow me to explain
simply leap to your own conclusion,
don't forget your obsenities and foul names

my most beloved memories
and fondly treasured events
are yours to erase and redo
in your own point of view

if i become distraught and disagree
feel free to yell and then flee;
leave only your words in the air
slice mine to threads,

suffocate my ears:

dictate to me:

how do you know Love?

when you meet the one
who compells you to speak:
"i'd die to lose
and kill to keep"

It dismisses your will to live without,
displaces the core of your being;
injecting itself deeply,
infusing itself permanently

it thinks departing before the end of forever
would be much too soon.

and if you didn't want Love?

then here you'll meet its Shadow,
the malevolent half of this all-benevolent divinity

your will shall wane in wanting
in every corner you shall find
you'll never get away,
For its Shadow has made you blind

your wishes wouldn't matter,
it'll never leave you be
it would rather claim your sanity
than let you drift in peace
